| Franklin Kirk has been an attorney since 1982. He
has been with Carlson Koeck Kirk & Graves Ltd. since
1986.
Attorney Kirk practices law in the areas of personal injury claims
from accidents, real estate, estate planning and administration,
divorce and family litigation, criminal and traffic defense and
representation of small businesses.
Mr. Kirk is involved in many community civic, sports and
charitable organizations. He is a member and past president of
the Sauk Prairie Optimist Club, the Blackhawk Council of the
Knights of Columbus and the Sauk Prairie Pool Sharks. He is
active with the St. Aloysius Congregation in Sauk City,
Wisconsin. Franklin is a lifeguard and certified USA and WIAA
Swimming Official. He was President of the Board which organized
the Sauk Prairie Area Community Center. Franklin has
coached boys and girls youth soccer teams for the Sauk Prairie
community league and Madison Area Youth Soccer
Association and is a high
school swimming official.
Franklin is a long time resident of the Sauk Prairie area,
having attended local schools and is a 1975 Graduate of Sauk
Prairie High School. He is Graduate of Loras College in Dubuque,
Iowa, and was awarded his Juris Doctor from Creighton
University, in Omaha, Nebraska.
Franklin and his wife Maureen live in West Point Township.
They have three children.
