Attorney Dale Carlson practices law in the areas of real
estate, real estate development, business and estate planning.
Attorney Carlson advises clients and assists them in business
and estate planning matters and teams up with his clients to
best accomplish the clients’ needs and goals. This includes
choosing the right legal entity for a client’s needs, and
assisting them by handling all aspects of the formation of
corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships
and trusts. Attorney Carlson also represents his clients in both
real estate and business transactions, representing sellers,
buyers and lenders. Mr. Carlson is also a licensed Title
Insurance Agent and can assist all parties in real estate
transactions in acquiring and reviewing the necessary Title
Insurance and works with the parties to resolve title issues and
problems to assure both a successful closing but also a
satisfied client. Mr. Carlson is also a Sauk County Circuit
Court Commissioner, serving the three Sauk County Circuit Judges
in various judicial and supplemental capacities. Dale has been
involved in local youth sports and civic and charitable
organizations. Dale is currently Treasurer and a Director on the
Board of the Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital. Dale has also
served as the president of the following organizations: The Sauk
Prairie Jaycees, the Sauk Prairie Chamber of Commerce, the Sauk
Prairie Foundation for Academic Excellence, the Sauk County Bar
Association, Lake Wisconsin Country Club and Sauk Prairie Youth
Basketball Association. Dale also served for many years as Vice
President of the Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital Foundation. Dale
has also coached youth baseball, soccer and basketball, and high
school basketball at Sauk Prairie High School. Dale is also a
WIAA certified basketball official. Dale was born in Milwaukee
and raised in New Berlin, a Milwaukee suburb, and received his
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of
